1L Mk 3 Coupe ... GT Cam ? G40 Cam ? Which will work ??

Tunning my 1.0l Mk1 polo .

Changing Cam if posible .

Heard of people using the Cams from GT's do G40's fit ?

What will be the best?

Anyhting else needed to succesfully change ?

Will prior tunin effect this ? ie Throttle body & Large Carb?

any advice would be greatfully accepted .

hey there - im not sure about the gt cam, but i have been told (but have not tried and tested) that the g40 cam will show no power gains.

Hi there m8 gt cam will give u great gains ! and u can also fit a gt gearbox and golf mk3 throttle body for extra performance ! 3 best mods for a 1ltr for sure ! peace mk3matt. ps check out www.polo3.co.uk for more info
