Clock/Mileage Display

Hmmmm Im not sure if this is meant to happen, but when I take my keys out of the ignition, aint the clock and mileage display suppose to turn off??

Im sooo connfused lol, cos i remembered awhile back that I couldnt see the clock and mileage display on the dashboard unless the key was in the ignition.

Could well be a blown fuse or a loose connection somewhere :)

i check my cousins and my uncles car, both vw's and yeaa they stay on all the time...
guess i just never realised lol...
