Lights and grille

Hey

Just wondering if anyone could help me out a little. Passed my test a couple of weeks ago and got myself a nice little black polo.

Now I wanna start making it look good!
I don't have much money to spare at the moment so i wanna keep it cheap as poss.

I was thinking Rear lights, Headlights, indicators and side repeaters. Also change the front grille.

Now as the car is black i was thinking of smoked rear lights, but i can't seem to find any on the net!
Headlights and indicators i've been looking an the angel eye ones, what's the cheapest place for these?
And a de badged grille...best place for that?

I found my rear smoked lights on ebay for around about £65 for the pair which I thought was good because they are really nice, pic below:



and I would probably say that ebay would be the best place to look for all your other stuff as well.

I got smoked side repeaters on ebay for £15 and a slated grille on ebay for £29 but they do mesh ones for about the same price:



You can also find smoked front indicators but if you're buying angel eyes you could buy a full front light system for it!

Black LED rears would look best on yours but you might prefer to tint sprey them before fixing. As for the fronts, try black angels or crystal lights. If your gona smooth off the side repeater after then might as well wait till you do that, would look better then having a light there but its up to you fella. Otherwise get everything off ebay, I found FKs ebay store to habe competitive prices.

yeah as noz said (yes black polo crew! ) ebay is best for everything. just keep browsing the for sale sections of here and club polo as well theres always bargains going.

So I'm looking at:

£150 for LED rear tail lights,
£150 for angel eye,
£30 for de-badged grille
and £20 for side repeaters.

Does that sound about right?

depends everythiing i baught for my car was new but cheap off ebay, the led rear lights were about £60, the angel eyes were £90 imported from Germany although i don't reccoment this as there for left hand drive cars and dazzle all the oncoming drivers and will fail the MOT, my debadged grille was £25 deliverd and ive seen side repeaters go for about a tenner.

THe angel eyes lights cost around £140 -£180....too much for lights for me...although they do look awesome.
