Removal of front wipers

I have taken the caps off and undone the nut at the bottom of the arms, i have tried prizing them upwards but the do not seem to come off??
Has anyone taken them off before, am i doing it correctly :?: :?:

found out anyways.... you need a gripping tool to pull up from underneath and push from the top :lol:
