the two middle ones are 6.5" subs, but you could use 6x9s instead

hmmm. dont see why you would want 4 6x9's. dont really get much bass from them. all you you really use them for is the tweeter in them. are your centre two 6x9's the JBL ones. 300 watts. 100 wats rms. cus im selling a pair of them and wanted to know how much you paid for yourss so i can get a rough price to sell them for.

you have 2 6.5" subbs...

niceeeeee. try fitting a 12" or 10" now to give it the thudd and your system would be banging. the smaller the subb the faster the relex so gives quality b ut not really as much thudd if you get me. fitt a large subb into your boot or something now, and youll have a proper system lol. im just looking for some 6" subbs nows. myt use these house speakers i gt haha.

well thats all if you want a headiver boot and better sound system lyk lol. most of what i jus said probly usless lyk haha:D

The centre speakers in that pic aren't 6.5" subs, they're mids (just like what you use in your doors)

The only company I know of that makes 6.5" Subwoofers is DLS.

really? haha no way they sound like subs lol are u sure? Theyre old school kenwoods, like 10 years old or so. I may add two 10" subs in a false floor one day, but with uni less than a month away cnt really be bothered

you can't see anything from top because its covered with acoustic carpet lol, i'll get some better pics soon. With regards to 10" sub in the parcel shelf, you could maybe get away with one, but id be surprised with any more. It would likely rattle alot and the parcel shelf supports arn't tjhat strong.

wooooo. a 10" sub in your parcel shelf... dont do it haha. the vibrations will just rip it apart if its a good subb. besides thats then using the boot as a box. you wouldnt get many vibrations, but i bet it would sound good outside the car. pretty good sound quality. if anythink i would make a new parcel shelf out of thick wood and place carpet over it. then have 2 12" subbs. still. dont think it would sound as good as if they were boxed cus the air space is too great in your boot. i wouldnt recomend it personally. youd loose to much quality of the sound.

If you have any sort of subwoofer I wouldn't consider putting any 6X9s in your system setup at all. Their best (and imo only use) is when you dont hav a sub and want some sort of speakers that can handle a bit of bass., If you have a subwoofer/s or are planning on purchasing one, i'd look at a set of quality components for the front. have a broswe through these
