Replacement of the temperature sensor for the 16v

Hello everyone,

My 6n 16v temperature sensor need a replacement. The problem is, I dont know where is it located under the bonnet. Anyone of you can give me some valuable advises?? And what else I have to be aware of when I replace the sensor? Many thanks in advance for you advise and support. Cheers

I have a working temp sender as I replaced mine and didnt need to, I think the temp sender is near the intake manifold, all you need to do is pull the clip off and put some rag near it as it will p*** out tons of coolant.

Wack the new 1 in put the clip back on, fill it up with coolant and off you go. It suprized me how easy it was to do. Ill have a look at my car at some point and tell you exactly where it is
