Black Euro 6N project pics and specs...

Post by 1stcarsapolo »

HI!!

Heres some really quick pictures and specs of my 6N Polo project. Sorry theres so few photos at the minute and that there such poor quality. I will be making up a build thread soon, I hadnt the time to do one as I went along and will soon have loads of pics as it was built, the parts, the people etc...
Its been a real budget car as I'm broke and in college..
Enjoy looking... I've done 99% of the work myself except welding and spraying..

Ill have some better pics up soon!

Really nicely done.

How hard is it to transfer seats from other VAG models seen a few with it done and it looks the dogs.

but 210bhp? from a 1ltr 8v........ no way whats the secret?

Ha... Lad on clubpolo said the same. Twas a joke... Its bout the normal power.. few mods Ive done have made no difference except noise. Oh well... have to wait till next year when I get outa college so I can afford some go too...

About the seats.. I made the mounts myself. Some flat bar and L bar cut and welded the frames at the correct height and angle. This gives full adjustment of the seat as in the TT and they work perfectly. A few people were playing up the job but its quite simple I assure you...

Thanks!

Sorry... 210bhp? That sure is impressive for a 1L :D I struggle to get 50 out of a 1.4 8) Stunning car though
