seen this on youtube, must be lairy like the few old Mini's i've seen running Yamaha R1 motors. Makes a change from the usual conversions. Just a dream for me unfortunately :(

That thing f*cking rocks. Nice and lairy, the way it should be done. I don't see anything wrong with it, I can't believe on *other* forums are saying sh*t like "not feeling that tbh", it has a bloody stonking great bike engine in the boot, and it's RWD! I'd love a go. Nice to see someone with balls styling their cars in a different way, not abiding to the current "slam, wide wheels, smooth bodywork" clique. Although, I don't think I'd pay £18k for it though. I'd buy it for £8/9k though, definitely.

Oh, and those wheels are the new BBS RM replicas; one piece, 7Jx15. My old man can get them at his shop from his supplier in Belgium

well i have to say i'm not a huge fan of the styling, but you have to respect the performance of a car like that. mental.

Looks like all the creative work went into the mechanics and just put together the styling over night!!!

Its so weird watch a FWD small hatch getting its backside out when flooring it, so unusual. Would love to go drifting in a hatch and watch everyone

As a mather of fact, that´s just correct  I know that the owner spend a whole lot of time to get the engine and RWD in, up and running.

The styling was of second interest, he just bought the Rieger bodykit, got it sprayed by a mate of his, which probably costed about 5% of the total projects time, the other aproximately 95% went in the engine and drivetrain 8)
