Hers what iv done so far!!!..

1st... sanded down a lil bit with wet and dry..

then masked up the lights..

Then the primer.

Then a hopefull a quicker way to make the primer dry.... THE LIGHT!!

So... Now just waiting for the primer to dry.. and then.. you will see the new face lift!!!! OK!@!!1!!!!!![/url]

ok... heres one with out the lacquere... its just drying off now.

Iv done 2 coats.. ideally i would want to do more.. but paint is expensive.. a small 150ml can cost me 12 squid!!!

I want to spray just the 2 middle bars of the grill... it all depends in if i have the paint left to do it???

If your only thinking of spraying two bars then id personally do the top and bottom ones, think thatd look better...

can't be arsed to spray mine either, or i'd get rid of the kemeii style grill just for a change.

Morettes look better colour-coded, but that grille looks weird.

Yeh they look MUCH better now! I agree with redline though, not really feelin' the grill.

Yeah.. i tried to do something different with the grill and only spray one bar and see what the looks like before i go ahead and spray the other bar.

I was trying something completely different.. shame i didnt pull it off. IT looked wicked before i put it on the car.. but then when its on the car it just looks cack. I will change it... but its raining quiet hard.. so exactly when.. i dun'no?

Think the grill has to be all or nothing if sprayed. Anyway keep up the work. :)

m8, after seein the lights like that, i would ACTUALLY consider them. they look pretty alrite!!

Just noticed the rub strips along the side are still on, thats the first mod i'd expect a polo owner to carry out. Just pull off and scrub the remaining glue using methanol spirit on a cloth, you'l need strong arms though.
