Think I may have to shell-out for variant 2's ... if anyone has driven to Milton Keynes in recent years, there are speed bumps EVERYWHERE
The ride on my car is reasonably hard as it is already so don't wanna go too much more.
I really just want to get it done more for cosmetic reasons.
(whenever someone see's my car the first time they say "hmm nice, but you need to lower it")

Looks good - a 35mm drop on mine gave it about an inch or so clearance around the whole wheel - really finished it off. It depends on the look your going for really.
Slammed to the ground, or a more practical pleasing look. Slammed does look amazing but if you carry 5 people in the car and boxes etc it can cause some issues, as well as general scrubbing and speed bump issues

I haven't decided...general vote seems to go to Eibach Pro Street but it's going to have to all go on hold for now due to christmas spending about to begin!
I don't want to decide on just 'whatever I can afford right now' as I know i'll regret it later. The other problem is that I have seen a new cd player for around £320 which I have a bee in me bonnet about!! I've only had my current one for about 10 months but this one looks great.
It's one thing at a time and a few extra standby's at work to accomodate I think!!
I'd definitely be interested in seeing the KW's you have though when you get a spare weekend...are you north or south beds?

That's the best way, I knew KW's were good so went for them. Didn't spend the extra £150 on the V2's because once I had the damping set I wouldn't have touched it again.
I'm in the same boat, there's loads of stuff I want to do. Some to the car and some other general stuff!
I'm from Goldington side of Bedford if you know that? Should be free next weekend I think.
