Doing a four wheel alignment properly can take up to an hour, as for heating up[ the nut on the ball joint, 4-5 hours ha ha ha, what are they using to heat it up, a box of matches? in all reality it take about 5 mins to heat up, also have they though about grinding the bolt of! but i can assure you it dont take 4-5 hours, i can change discs and pads, in 30 mins buddy, and managed to change a drive shaft on or around half hour!

The reason they will be telling you this is £££££££££££££££££££ they no doubt charge silly labour prices, go to a god indapendant garage and they'll give you an honest answer!

They just want to bend you over frankly!

Heating it would only take 2-5mins each which I had done by kwik-fit and we know how lairy they can be with prices and knowledge.

Altogether I think around £40ish. Kwik-fit ain't too good themselves and charge too much so I recommend just going to a well known tyre garage, a big named place if can. Cos you don't want one that'l mess you about anymore.

alignment too. hardly gonna charge me for heating something when they know if they don't then they'r not making any £££ off my ass cos won't get alignment done. So word of wisdom, bargain on it
