Touch Up Pens

Bought my first polo last week, 1.4 FSI Sport in Reflex Silver

Its got a few little scratches in it. Does anyone have any experience of using the touch up pens , and which one would you recommend if any. How well would it blend in?

I've got the VW one, you shouldn't buy any others! you have to be careful but it'll be as good as you are skillful....

halfords ones suck - dont even get near them!

Never a truer word said! If your repair is not 100% then you might as well just circle it with a contrasting colour and add an arrow! Just try to minimise the risk of rust and leave it at that until youve proved or improved your painting skills on a painted metal panel bought from scrappie - ie a door if going cheap. I know this as I can't do touch-up work - but at least I realise this. If, on the other hand you excel in this craft - then you could make a fortune! Oh, and now that I've seen what colour you've got,try to lay off the laquer - give it to the woman in your life and just say its nail varnish!

My attempts aren't great, but they're there to stop the rust as well as not make it obvious. I'd give them a 6 out of 10!

and yes, the lacquer tip is good, I don't bother using it.

silver touchup is great for the alloy wheels too!
