Photocopied the haynes manual at work its annoying i had the air box off earlier to change the airfilter, bought some sparkies anyone know the exact code cause the computer systems at halfrauds where i work are s**t,

I work on the bikes part so dont act like i should know

i got 504's if that means anything to anyone.

Fuel filter was a consideration but talking to a mechanice friend of mine said with the low milage covered since last service it wouldnt be necessary.

i just generally walk into autovolks and say i need plugs for a polo. they hand me 4 boxes and i give them £10 and were both happy.

i would recommend draining the water from the fuel system i cant remember where the valve is i think its in the engine bay on the left hand side around the clear pipes around the vapour release valve ( the bit that blows the fuel vapor from the tank into the inlet track. )

or its on the fuel filter.

not alot of help that post but youll find it.

Is that as literal as it sounds of just opening a valve to let it drain?

Is that just water vapour that builds up then?
