Anyone beat my MPG record?

46.12 MPG

That was driving to Glasgow and back from Aberdeen at around 55-60 all the way with occasional town bits. Took 28.14 litres to fill back up after driving a total of 285.5 miles

My lowest is 28.0 mpg but thats planting my foot right down all the time around town. Think I had 210 miles to a full tank. Haven't done it since and don't intend to, lol. I average about 33-34 mpg now. The most I've had out of a full tank is 385 miles and 130 of that was motorway driving, rest was town (urban).

i have a 9n3 gti and i got 44 out of it once but lowest i had is 21

Averageon my car was 240miles local on a full tank, practicaly never do motorway miles. Recently i'v been getting 270miles and thats just cos the inductions kits so god damn filthy!

Mouse.....why were you driving like a complete and utter granny on the motorway?

Who in gods earth sits at 55-60 in a 70 zone.....thats just dangerous!

And i get rougfhly 320 miles to a full tank and thats all town driving

45L > 270 Miles on my last tank.......27MPG.

Anyone want to guess at how i drive ?

, erm thats no motorway driving, mainly town cruising driving and rush hour driving. Ovi with speed burst's everywhere LOL

Sure is, prob about 43L of fuel, and thats on normal fuel to, no V-power. Last few tanks iv filled up on normal cos i havent been driving her much

I regularily get 300 miles to a tank, best is 363miles to a tank but still not completely out of fuel.

I had 41.2 MPG the other day, I managed to do 363 miles to a full tank and also I don about 30 miles with my fuel light on. Filled up and i managed to get Â£44 of fuel in

I never leave my car go this low but I wanted to see how long it would last before id chicken out, lol
