Help - how much is my car worth?

Post by dino »

As most will be aware I'm looking to sell the Polo when i find the right Golf for me!

Just wondered what people think mine is worth, will be returning to near enough standard?

2002 (52 reg) 1.4 TDI sport
58,500 miles with full VW service history (60K service being carried out this weekend) Cam belt already done 4000 miles ago
3 previous owned (inc me)
HPI clear

Only Mods to be left on car;
Custom remap
30mm lowered
Full Votex body kit

Parts going to be sold (pm me if you want first dibs please);
SEAT sport front upper strut brace (Provisionally sold)
PD160 air intake (Provisionally sold)
9n3 rear lights (Provisionally sold)
16" BBS Montreal 2 Alloys (possibly unless the Golf hasn't already got them fitted)
Dash pod (fits to the left of the ashtray to mount a car kit phone holder or anything else you want really) (Provisionally sold)
TDI front grill badge
Primed 3dr bump strips

Any advice appreciated folks 8)

would be a shame to see it go but i'm sure your golf will be stunner mate! i think as its soooooo clean and HPI clear with average miles/age ratio then i think 5k-5.5k should be easily achievable!

i may be interested in the BBS mate :wink: possible smart winter wheels perhaps :roll: and possibly the badge?

Thats what i was thinking but after hearing a few people offering me a lot less (albeit trade in value) i was doubting myself but i'm glad you agree with what i was thinking. :D

The golf can be the uk polos support vehicle :lol:

I hope the PD160 aint provisionally sold to me, because I've got one now :oops:

Ask 5.5k and accept sensible offers close to it! It's a very clean car 8)
