GTi LIGHTS ON 1.2!!! HELP!!!

Post by Peppe07 »

Hey Everyone.

Ive just got my first car and its a 1.2 polo. Im planning on modin git keping the colours shaddow blue and Black. Just remembered tht my friend's GTi has Black Headlights. I was just Wondering if it is possible to fit these to the 1.2?

Will it be as easy as obtain the lights and swap them. Possibly get them from VW Dealership.

Ah i was thinking of the MK5 GTI headlight price :P

Wierd that though....normal Mk5s are £70 whereas the new GTI ones are cheaper. Doesnt make sense but hey thats VW for you!

edit: Just checked the sytems at work. They are £75.53 each, and dependant on your chassis number, they could be as much as £87.12 each!! Ahhh the joys of working at VW :D

Ill need your reg/chassis number to prescribe the right headlights :P Theres about 4 different choices (with different part numbers) due to it being a chassis break item!

Pm me it and ill sort it out tomoz at work :)
