How wide can ya alloys be on a 9n??

Just wonderin how wide ya able to have alloys on a 9n without havin to play with arches etc??

no more than 9 inches, possibly 8

i think 9 inch absolute max but like david said, nearer 8

i had 8.5 inch keskins on the ibiza with an ET30 (i think) for a while and these were right out at the arch level, front and back. if i'd kept them, i would have had to flare the arches!

mine r 9 inches wide but i have 205 tyres on, they r fine :) but if u kept the 225 tyres then they wud prob rub the inner arch :) u wil get away with 215 but stick with 205 to be 100% sure :) and the handling with these are awesome :D

im running 7.5" audi tt comps with 205/40/17 toyo proxes with absolutely no issues, and im down 55 mm front and 50 rear, no rubbing, full lock is fine too,

but i cant say how much wider you could go, as i had these same wheels in the past with 215/40/17 tyres and they rubbed like a b***h going over bumps or dips in the road

depends on the offset, if you had RH's or something you could get 10s on
