Hi
I just bought the above HU secondhand, plugged it into my car and the radio doesn't work. Do I need any extra bits / adaptors whatever ?

A bit more detail would help.

Does it not switch on? is there only static? is there any sound at all? do other functions work?

Make sure you've connected all the leads and the antenna.
