Bulbs

Post by bombertdi »

I am going over to France on the weekend and their law states that spare bulbs must be carried.

In Tescos they sell bulb sets with the markings of H1, H4 and H7.

Does anyone know which set i would need for my 9n.

Thanks

If you'd clicked on the "common 9n mods" sticky at the top and clicked on the link in there (same one as below) it tells you :) .

If you wish to upgrade/change your bulbs, the following is a list of fitments you will need.

Bulb Fittings:
Dipped: H7
Main: H1
Fogs: H3
Sidelights: W5W 12v
There are also loads of other posts in here and "electrical" section that'll tell you what ones they are and which ones are which and if needed how to fit them :)

LMAO too.

Beware of the continetal 'carry some bulbs' laws. I got stopped in Switzerland and got a severe bolloking at the border checks for not having a replacement headlight bulb - would have been a fine if the second car travelling with us didn't have a spare!!
