My suspension

Post by adam_0612 »

i got some weitec 40mm springs for my polo 6n2/mk5 1.4 mpi. it has lowered at the front but hasn't done anything at the back of the car. and it has been like this for about a month so the springs have had enough time to settle. does anybody know why this is or how to solve it.
please help thanks. i have put a picture below so you can see what i meen (if it has worked).

yeh i definetley put the correct springs on,100% sure about that. i sent them an e-mail and they asked for a code on the spring if any of you know what they mean about that? i bought them from DPM Autostyling and i think they are a good company, but would they accept the springs being taken back and also it costs me money to take springs off and on!!!

Well you're going to have to pay and get them taken off as they're obviously wrong.

As for the code, there should be a part number printed somewhere on the spring itself. If you send them that, they will be able to check what they are and whether, as it seems, they're the wrong ones.

Should also be some kind of product code on the box they came in I would think.
