6N0 071 685 B 9AX are still in production - its a set, and they are grey/red. In this case the 9AX defines the colour code.

Theyre priced at around £200 for a set :)

The real wide ones are 6Q0 071 685K 9AX, but are nearly £450  - though the 6Q0 suggests its a 9n polo, or even 9n3 (but the picture is a 6n2, but as we all know with etka the pictures are often wrong!)

The X I think is a primed set, the parts guy added X to the part number for my headlight washer cover so I got a primed one.

Look like you've uncovered a solution for sideskirts on the lesser models, great work detective Alex

Now, dont get your hopes up yet. This part number will need to be checked at VW, as the part may have ran out of production unfortunately.

Somebody be so kind as to call them up? Im away for the next few days so I want to try and enjoy my few days off without speaking to work lol

Fitting GTI Spoiler and Light

Post by Mavpolo »

Hello,

Just looked throught the DIY guides cant find the fitting for a GTI Spoiler only the add on spoiler..

Anyone able to help, does the light fitting come out of the boot and onto the spoiler as it looks like it covers the existing one?

Thanks

Get your dealer to look up these part numbers for the sides:
6N0 071 685 A 9AX
6N0 071 685 B 9AX

Then he'll say "No can do, out of production". I've been there :)

I've got the wheels off that car by way, love em!
That rear bumper looks absolutely sh*te.
