Reset clock

Probably a dumb question, but....
Just bought a 1998 polo and do not have a handbook...how do I reset the time?

Have you tried twisting the black adjusting knob that sticks out of the instrument panel.

Thanks for the help...I had twisted the knob but not hard enough
