I've seen some for £150, are they any good?

brand new or 2nd hand?

hmm, 2nd hand is different.

I've never heard of the company, which isn't that bad but I thought I'd heard of most coilover companies by now!

if you can't find out anything about "tuning art" on the web, then they're just rebranded generic coilovers and steer clear - for 150-200 you should be able to get some 2nd hand coilovers from any of the big makes. i think you can even get brand new coilovers for about £200 which will probably be just as good.
