FABIA VRs 9N

Post by stig247 »

Thinking back to when i helped a mate to convert his Golf Mk4 into a Bolf
Just wondered if it would be as easily done with the fabia/9n?
would fabia front panels go straight onto the 9n just like the golf/bora or would it take more of a job?

Changing a 9n to a 9n3 probably wouldn't be too hard but a Fabia - No!
If you want a Fabia get a Fabia! If it's the macho front vRS bumper you're after then why not just add a Leon Cupra R splitter to your standard front end to beef it up a bit?

I thought about adding a leon cupra R splitter but could never figure out whether it would look good or not (or fit for that matter)!

Any opinions?

The Cupra R splitter will fit almost any car with a bit of fiddling and cutting as it's very flexible. I don't think it would look very good on your car with the Votex front spoiler though as it would almost scrape the ground! The Votex spoiler looks great as is.
Very nice looking car BTW :D

I managed to find a guide on how to do this, although it is in German :?

http://forum.polo9N.info/viewtopic.php? ... 78490a2037

I tried translating it with the Google web page translate tool, it's okay but by no means perfect.
