LED Tail Lights S Reg Polo

Hi can anyone help urgently. Got LED back lights for daughters 6N S Reg polo when you switch on drivers indicator the fog light comes on and on other side the indicator flashes red. Since found out these lights came off X reg polo (perhaps this in 6N2?) not sure how to change wiring help!!!!! its now getting dark.

Well the LEDS are finally on the car. After much swearing etc they work followed the guide for Mk5 and discovered later that I did not need to cut the lugs off on RHS and turn opposite way. cutting the wires and rewiring was enough. They look fantastic went to take photo and the blasted camera refused to work - low battery grrrrrr Thanks to everyone for the advise
