Im 21 in a weeks time and my insurance is up at the end of this month. I've got 2 years no claims and also I add my mothers name so it's a little cheaper, but I can still only get it down to £760. Is that cheap or not? Do you guys know of anyone that is cheaper? Cheers people
I'd try some other companies that use Highways as the actual Insurer before Brentacre (who are a broker), because from my experience if another Brokers quote is cheaper they'll tend to match it, whereas if you ask after the event it not possible. Try Greenlight, or Noel Dazely, I've always got good quotes from both.

and im only driving a 1.4 with none of the mods claimed on it
No point in you even having insurance then. Crash and make a claim? Your claims void
Dont be daft and declare your mods if you pay that much for fully comprehensive cover.
go to all the comparison sites and you will get quotes from most insurers in about 15 mins. (confused comparethemarket gocompare moneysupermarket and i cant remember the other, but also try swiftcover, its the cheapest for me after running all these comparison sites.)
