9N3 Double Din Monitor - Straight Swap?

Hi everyone,

I have been thinking of upgrading the standard RCD200 system in my 9N3 Polo with a Double DIN monitor. The reason is so I can add an iPod interface to the car, but I thought I might as well kill two birds with one stone and do a total upgrade with the head unit. However i'm quite clueless when it comes to ICE. Is it a case of taking the old and swap it with the new or is there more to it? Any tips and advice? Will this work or are there better ones out there? Many thanks.
