Most motor factors sell repair paint for heated rear windows - mask up either side of the line and paint a couple of coats on - let it dry and peel of the tape

I had a similar problem, only I found it was a PITA to sort. Water had built up into the scuttle underneath the bonnet due to a large build up of leaves and it all the water when into the pollen filter and into my car. This caused a massive amount of water in the air and floor, when the car warmed up, the water evapourated and steamed up the windows. It was a job to fix, remove leaves from scuttle, replace worn pollen filter and place a little humidifier thing in. Cost about £15 to fix and now the car is steam free :)
