hey, im new to the site, ive got a std '98 polo 1.0. (pics up soon hopefully)
i need to get the door trims off, but there isnt a screw in sight..... any ideas?

welcome to the site mate!

if you are talking about the door cards, then the first thing you have to do is remove the little triangular shaped cover near the wing mirror (on the inside), that just pops off, then unscrew the door pin, pop off the door handle cover and then you find 2 screws which need to be taken out.then its just a case of unclipping the door card! be careful not to break any of the clips though!

if you are talking about the side strips on the outside of the door, then there are no screws, these are just stuck on!

dan - sweet, thats just what i needed. speaker needs replacing... :)

you dont need to take the door card off to replace th espeaker just pull the grilll off
