Gamma unit + another CD reciever underneath?

can i have my Gamma head unit and stick another more powerful aftermarket head unit in the space underneath where the dash mount CD player would be? how would i set this up so i can alernate between the two units? The Gamma controls the CD changer in the boot but i want a single CD reciever in the front also. can this be done, some say some say yes?

I'm sure I read the Gamma (later models) can have an aux in? Controlling it via the cd changer button.. Not sure though. It would be possible but I'm guessing you don't want to cut into stock wiring.

Maybe a company like autoleads could help
