Big clean of the golf (before & after!)

Post by tomo87 »

well im starting to miss the polo now....no car to go out and play with whilst the weather is good so i decided to give the golf a big clean today as it realy needed it!

sadly had to remove my little friend charlie chaffinch who had become a "part" of my car for the last 3 days....

then a couple of hours cleaning and polishing....

the decision is what car next though....im realy starting to like the mk4 golf as its like a giant polo! TT....330ci? whats everyones views? im looking to spend anywhere up to £11k....preferably something cheaper that i can play with!

Well said that man :D 460bhp Turbo conversion 8)

Don't get me wrong here, I like TT's but they're so common now.

hmm i want to have my own car though...not a copy!

you got big plans or keeping it simple?

ye there were a couple for sale not long ago but more around 370bhp...

also not totally shut off from buying another polo and doing a 1.8T.....just trying to decide how useable the power will be

ye adaptors are pricey...but you could get a set of merc rims, refurb, tyres and adaptors for what you would pay for a set of RS's...!

na if i get a polo for a conversion i doubt i will bother smoothing....its been done now

GTI's look so good on coilovers with a nice set of wheels
