can some fk coilovers from a 2000 POLO 1.4 16v fit onto my 2000 Polo GTI?

i presume so as iam fitting my ones off of a 1.0 6n2 onto a gti

only ones that wouldnt fit would be off a mk4 6n

only difference mate, is the gti comes slightly lower than any others from factory !

yeah they come 15mm lower

Yeh its to do with what chassis the car has, not which engine it has

although if the engine is alot heavier they may produce a different kit to allow for this? (eg a mk3 golf gti has a different coilover set to a mk3 golf vr6, although you could physically fit them the internals may be set up differently?!) best thing to do would be to check both cars with the coilover manufacturer and see if they quote a different part number for each model. 8)

no, there the same mate, there uprated suspension arnt they ;)
