time to sell up

hey people ive come to a very hard decision after loads of if's and but's, but its time to sell up

car info

77k
serviced every 6 months (vw master tech dose this but not at vw)
jamex coilovers + original too
fully refurb'd with polished lip 15" bbs RXII's plus spare same colour
cant say mint but very very clean interior
silver bmc induction kit + original air box with k&n panel filter
no gearbox problems at all!!
new clutch and release bearing.
tt pedals.
upper omp strut brace
cat back powerflow exhaust with dtm twin exit
cam belt and water pump done @ 63k
(edit) forgot to add its pushing 135bhp rolling road tested
what do you guys reckon on price?
