Frstly isit possible if not how can i get my lights to have that new blueish tint all new cars have, my mates mini has h7's on and tbh i want my bulbs/light to looks like that.

Isit a case of diffrent bulbs or what?

Basically you want a HID retro fit kit. There's loads of info on this in a thread from when alex organised the hid group buy

And you're better off using projector headlights rather the standard lights.

Youll need clear unpatterned headlights for this, preferably projector ones, but if you cant get them a clear headlight is a must.

Patterned glass will scatter the beam like crazy, which would fail an MOT unfortunately.
