Yarp, those Mk1's are great. Much better than the equivalent Mk1 Goof, and they look so much nicer.

My favourites:

Unfortunately, a lot of them suffered with rust, such a shame really. Mk2's are as good, but they're a marmite car for some reason. Some people's hate towards them is almost upsetting.

I wouldn't mind a Mk1 Storm, think they are as quick as a Mk5 Polo GTI roughly. Though don't care much about the speed, it would just be an event driving one itself. Hopefully when my sister moves out and takes her car I can persuade my Dad to let me have a second car 8)

Yeh they're very nice cars, after seeing Ollie's prefect example in person (yours is a mark 2 yeh Ollie?) I'm very much a fan!

Yeah mine's a MK2, great cars 8)

The Storm's are excellent cars. The 8v engines have a lot of low-mid range grunt, and a Mk1 Storm could easily out-handle a Polo GTI with some fettling. Not to mention the exclusivity. You have to remember that there are few comforts in a Rocco, compared to a Polo, but driving a Rocco leaves you grinning. It got me from my place in SE London to Newark in Notts and back in comfort and it managed to do it in a tank of petrol.

Have a look at dr.dub's website for more information:

For a similar price:

They do look tasty when decked on a set of nice wheels. I cleaned my MK2 and filled it up with £50 worth of V-Power, and I can safely say that Dub Love is back with me and the Rocco.

Here's a pic, taken at no rice a couple of months ago. Its not very mint at the moment as its partly in bits. He's fitting a central locking kit to it!

Its been lowered since that picture as well, makes my Bolf look stupidly high!
