Alloy wheel repair advice

When I recently hit the curb I really messed up the entire outside rim of the alloy and took a chunk out. Any advice on refurbing my alloys such as what paste to use, how to smooth out and types of paint to use?

Depends on where the chunk is. Its a possibility itd have to be welded up. Can you get a pic up?
