Help with 18in alloys

been thinking and i seen a few 9n polos with 18s on and im gunna go for them with coilovers. But i wanna do it right, so if anyone can help with specs please and work needed it would be appreciated, i need to know
1. What offset 18 inch wheel i need and width eg. 7.5 or 8 inch
2. when lowering 50mm wat complications eg. rubbing antiroll bar etc
3. tyre size , suspect 215/35 r18 is this correct

7x18 with Toyo 205/35-18. Not sure on the offset. KW coils.

the white one is a beast! Just dont like the colour of the alloys but it looks mint lowered on 18s . i like that front grille he has got it matches the lower grilles and makes the front end look beefy as. Thanks for your help, so 40mm offset and 7 inch wide wheels should be ok and multispoke wheels really suit the polo!!! anymore advise off anyone regarding rubbing or other problems??
