Where to get parts?

Post by k8de1 »

Hi there, I'm new here and have a really newbie question!

I want to start making some mods to my 98 polo, was actually considering selling it cos had loads of probs, but decided that I've spent so much I might as well keep it and do it up lol.

I'd like to start with the indicator covers - going clear and the side repeaters and rear lights (pos lexus style - chav I know!)

I really don't know the best place to get parts from????

Any help and advice appreciated:)

Try www.Body-kit.co.uk for the Parts you need cosmetically.

http://www.body-kit.co.uk/acatalog/volk ... ators.html

Don't go for the lexus style though! They look quite tacky in my oppinion, try looking at Mk5/6n2 rear lights or Hella type.

Welcome to UK-Polos BTW :D

yes, the polo mk5 rear lights look awesome on mk4's... but they are very common...

i think the standards look good if there a bit tinted. you can get the tinting spray anywhere... halfords for example.

try ebay for any mods that you are wanting to do, and also check the for sale section of forums such as here and clubpolo. you can usually pick up some real bargains.

if ya need a hand with anything bud, gimme a shout or a PM. ([email protected])
