front passenger side drive shaft???? help

its me again with the polo1.6 glx ...the one that crashed and is trying to sort the thing out....

iv fitted a 1.4polo passenger drive shaft to my 1.6 glx polo ..and it doesnt sit right when it is on all fours....

i no it sounds stupid but does anyone know if the 1.4 nearside shaft is shorter than the 1.6glx.. could this be the reason y my wheel is sticking out further on the top, as i cant se any twists in the sub frame??

apparently not... my dads a mechanic and is sorting it out and hes taken a look and its to far out to be jst camber.... any other sugestions??
