Mk3 derby

Post by Poloracer »

Hi, I have just brought a mk3 polo with a boot, so im assuming thats a derby. Its had one owner before me, a elderly couple and was every service stamp from the same garage. Its got 31,000 miles on the clock, and is metalic grey in colour. Its got a 1.3 engine, and is in very good condition, all original, nothing modded etc. J plate

Its for sale, and ive got a figure of what its worth, just want to see what other people think its worth???

Not a clue what its worth, but sounds like a real Gem!

Think the mk3's saloons were just knows as polo classics, as were the later mk2 IIRC!

Hiya mate as in the club polo thread, i think without mot and tax £500 tops. its a clean car thats for sure but you have to think..its not a gt/g40, it has no mot or tax and it has a boot (which is a plus point for me but for many it makes it seem like one hell of an ugly duckiling)

We all wanna make a profit on thinkgs so my advise would be get 12months mot and then get it up at about £800ono and see what happens.
