Rear Door Speakers

Im trying to figure out how I could fit some 6.5 inch speakers into my dear doors.

Does anybody have any hints or advice?

I take it you own a 5-door? do you have existing speakers or speaker holes in the doors?

If you do it's just a case of removing the doorcards and replacing the speakers.

If not, you can make a housing for the speakers out of MDF and mount them behind your existing doorcards. Then cut an appropiate hole in the doorcards and fit the speaker casing on the front.

Or just buy new doorcards with speaker holes

only 16V 100bhps and GTIs had rear speakers. The mounts are on the doors for the speakers, you just need the plastic surround to mount it onto the door, then to cut a circle out the door to fit a grille in place.
