Just picked up front and rear 16v bumpers in Flash red for Â£150. Front comes with all grills, toe eye cover and splitter.

Now I just have to sell my Dragon green 16v bumper, anyone live near barnsley, pick up my ebayed bumpers and drop off them off while I sell my green one to you? lol

I'm trying to see how much it would cost for a courier to come and deliver both of the pieces. I see your in Kent, i'm birmingham way so it's quite far unless you can arrange a courier as well.

hey im really wanting a rear 16v the now... cant get a decent one anywhere... yours looks gd... and the fact some one rammed me the other means i have an excuse to fix

only prob is tht im in Glasgow... my mate would be able to drive me to manchester if ur willing to meet there by any chance?

It's ok bud, the person who is interested in buying my dragon green on lives south manchester and i'm meeting him at Donnington on saturday if the ebay seller is able to allow pickup on saturday. I'll fit the rear bumper by sunday, I heard the front is a right b***h to swap though!

hopefully get new bumpers soon aswell... you got rims btw? thought it might have been steelies i seen on the last pics...?

im doing a wee mini project on an old set of steelies... painting them red so when i eventually get coilies i can lower it onto them for maximum lowerage lol

will try to get some pics lol only done 2 wheels the now...

Yeah it's still running on rusty steelies lol! Can't afford to get the BBS RXii's I want and it will jack the insurance up no end

Absolutly Red all the way, looking ahead in the future i'm going to get a 6N2 Red GTI

You could give em a try and ask them about delivering them, worst they can say is no

Get the pics up of the project steelies! I'm going to do a DIY 6N Bumper removal guide for anyone in the same situation as myself.

BTW, does anyone know, when I take the bumper off, I heard the headlights have to come out. Will I have to get the realligned at a garage or do they sit at the right angle when fitted?

yea when i fitted my angel eyes the fit straight in, basicly only one way the sit in right.... and when i had my old lights out the grill and grill surround had to come out so im assuming the same when removing a whole bumper... shouldnt be too hard, i could do it so you should to lol

yea think i might go for the Â£45 rear bumper, not a bad price and im getting other paint done on the car so could get it re done to touch up the wee scracthes...
anyway plans sounds good for the 6n2 gti in red should look mint, i love them but im starting to like the 6n a bit more now... with its old skool characteristics but im wanting to upgrade the dash at some point make it look a bit better... maybe a 6n2... but really want the TT dash like tht dutch guys soooo nice lol

u seen it?

anyway blabbered on for a good bit now lol

Ahh its ok I wasn't sure wether they had to be realligned when I took them out. I guess the grill surround hides a few of the bolts for the front bumper so that will have to come out, good opportunity to finish off spraying the front badge black too

Â£45 for the bumper alone is good, even without shipping. It wouldn't cost too much to sort those scratches, seeing as they are red anyway. I like the 6N dash because it feels cheap, which is nice when learning to drive because you know it's just a 5 minute phone call to get a replacement for cheap because it's older lol. That TT interior looked mint, very posh lol.

lol nah its kl, and yes ur right it would look s**t hot, but again patience to go find and by the tt dash then the actual fitting and messing about with it... only if they came pre ordered lol

think the 6n2 though goes straight in, or with with monir work... think i'll try tht, looks a bit more modern but time and money will see
