im sure ive asked this before, i could probably search it... but...
i am jet lagged as hell. Im tired. Most importantly... im lazy lol.
So! Plastic welding. where the hell can i get it done. I now, finally, have enough money to finish the polo. Well, get it back on the road anyway. And i need to find somewhere that does plastic welding asap. I need the car on the road for next week, ideally speaking atleast. So does anyone know where i can get a plastic welding done in the essex/london area. Im willing to travel but my mk2 Golf is on the brink of dying aswell where i havent had the money to repair the thrust bearing. Been saving for the polo. I miss my baby to much i need to drive it now!!!
Yeh so does anyone know where i can get this done?? Links to sites, phone numbers, addresses anything!! It needs to happen.
If your wonderign what its for then ill tell you: I have a 6N2 bumper that i purchased of a dude on here a while back and i wanna graft it to the 8v bumper of a 6N to get that sexy sexy look. And it will happen!! If it comes down to it im only gonna both it together and i actually want this car too look nice now so im not going with the rat thing anymore. Gonna do that to the golf as its more of a state already lol.
Any help very much appreciated people!

Don't know much about plastic welding to be honest, buuuut, my brother in law did some amazing work on a Merc 190 bumper. The ends had been completely snapped off, he repaired it with fibre glass, bloody amazing job. From the outside you can't see the join, obviously the inside tells a different story.
well.. as long as it takes!!! dont care just need it done. Im coming to the poitn where i want to boj it now, which is not good.
Seems in my let laggedness i posted this in two forums. How stupid of me lol.
Oh well!
Oh an in fibre class you say? Do you know if that held up? I was told firbreglass would probably shatter if i used it so i didnt want to.
Friend of mine suggested using alot of fibreglass and some tiger bond? Think that was the name of it...
