Arite, They'd have to remove the wires and buttons from the bottom of the centre console and seats. I've seen it done before (saw the wires included in a sale), jsut takes a bit more effort.

If it was me i would get the seat is and worry about the heating later, but to do it properly i recommend you get as much wiring from the other car as you can! there will be alot, but most of it will be what you already have in your car you will probably even end up taking the fuse box and possibly the relay plate, sound scary but have done similar jobs before at work.

No offence mate, but I think you might get a bit better response if you actually tried typing properly so we can all understand exactly what you are talking about....

If the other car is being broken it would be perfect to get the cars next to each other. All the wiring for the heaters is wrapped up in the cars wiring loom which is why it would be better to take the whole lot out, that way nothing is left out or forgoten. Never done this job on a polo but have fitted wiring looms to Audi's and Porsche's

To fit the seats is a 10 minute job, the wiring could turn out to be a pig if something is missing or damged so wouldn't like to say how much of a job it would be. You have also got to take his word that the heaters work! if not you could end up stripping the seats and replacing the elements. If i was you i would just be happy with getting the leather in
