righto i can get hold of genuine black vw badges to fit all mk5s they are the genuine ones so dont need anything doin like snapping things of or anything, i can do them posted to you for 18quid! Anyone interested?

I can get both front and rear in black for £18 from a guy i deal with on ebay......

Thats cool, I need to replace the rear badge and have found that in black and quite like it. but I don't want mis-matching badges so if I can get hold of the front one too that would be cool :D

Is it similar to the rear badge? is it self adhesive or is it held on with screws?

Front badge is held in by one screw and a few clips

You don't need to touch the screw Tim, or at least I never did with any of mine.

Arite, I've never actually removed mine myself, just seen that screw and assumed it was for the badge lol. Wonder what it does then?

ive got 1 chrome badge that i could spray up if some1 wants it? rear black badges are avaliable from vag parts!
better still i think my guide to spraying your badge black on ere in DIY guides!
