Climatronic control and crusie control??

Hi , Again. the photos are coming i promise!! being saying that for a while but now ive had my gti lights added i will get some done!
I was wondering if it was possible to buy and install the cruise control stalk and climatronic control bits. Are they usually factory fitted or can they be added later on??
Really want the climatronic control.
