What manifold do i need for my polo gti 2001 plate!

On ebay theres raceland ones but what one do i need guys as i dont wana order the wrong one lol????? easy to fit are they and can they be fitted with the bumper on??

Also what does the manifold replace, the first cat isit????

PhilJ on ClubPolo does manifolds at a good price. Pretty sure the ones he sells are Raceland ones too.

Cos with my viper cold air feed that should give a decent bhp output il dyno it at work wen its finaly fitted!

Correct me if I'm wrong but with most manifolds you have to weld on the lambda nut, so it's best to just take the whole thing to a specialist to get it put on.

i'll get a pic of my raceland manifold tomorrow if thats any good?

i had mine fitted at my local powerflow centre at the same time as having an exhaust made, they charged 100 quid for fitting which seems pretty steep but i asked a couple of exhaust places and they wanted around the same.

im not sure tbh, its a short section of tube welded onto one of the pipes, strange aint it.

does your raceland manifold sound tinny as after i had mine fitted it does im gonna get some exhaust wrap to see if that makes a difference
