Stolen sub radio problems

Had my sub stolen out of my car a few weeks ago and as they ripped it out they left the wire touching which were sparking. Since it was stolen my radio wont work. I can push the cd eject button and the display will light up and eject the cd and accepts the cd still but will not do anything else.

Am I right in thinking that it could be a fuse? where can i find this fuse? any other ideas?
