Im just about to order some old style RS4 wheels but im unsure of what bolt pattern I should be going for either 5x100 OR 5x112?
Also it says the offset is 35mm - 45mm, what is the correct offset for 9n's?

You want 5x100 ET35, should be fine. Mine are ET 33 or 35 I think with a 10mm spacer on as well, which then makes them ET 25, so they sit out further.
