hmmm, interesting, the watercooled ones had a second grill on the front. like this:

the one between the indicators. thats where the radiator is i believe.

Looking forward to seeing the rocco spruced up further, its mint now, so what it'll be like when you've done the bits, will be pure gold! Whats to become of the beautiful RA's?

Interesting, it may be aircooled then. I'll have to look under the bonnet (or the boot, I guess).

Some more pics;

For the RA's, I'll probably flog them at some point, and maybe get something like these, but done like the RA's;

Those however are FAR too expensive for me. Sc*ne tax anyone?

I think the Rocco needs more girth at the back, something like a 7.5J front and an 8J rear :D

Good news everyone! The Westy has been registered, MOT'd and taxed :D

And we have new wheels as well!

You have to love a set of nice Fuch replicas :D

And I've been working on the Rocco today, and I have been doing a bit of experimenting;

Ohh looks quite cool, think I prefer the cc one, but it may look alot better when scrubbed up!

Is that a cheeky eyebrow across the top of the lights too?

I'm not entirely sure about the eyebrow on there, I've seen some colour coded ones on red Roccos, and I don't think it's my cup of tea really.

Can anyone else spot a couple of other interesting bits in the background of the first photo with the Rocco. It's not that hard to spot :D

Yep, give that man a biscuit! :D

They're Porsche tombstones, which were originally in the Westy. I'm thinking how to put them in, apparently they need a lot of welding, and the fact that the seats in the Rocco sit quite low any way :oops:
